Here I have placed some pictures that show duos of different Superheroes and I have tried to analyze how they would be able to use their powers together to cover each other's blind side in a combat... 

SPIDEY & SUPERMAN

The agility and athletic style of the web slinger coupled with the Man of Steel's super strength and indestructible being would make up a Super-Duo! Spidey can cover the lower grounds as well as roof tops & skyscrapers. He can use his webs to swirl goons all around and even pass them over to Superman in air where he can punch them hard back to the ground, laser beam them with his heat eyes or even freeze them and break them into smithereens. And the plus point..... Spidey is not prone to Kryptonite!

BATMAN & WONDER WOMAN

Wow! Both having some chat over a glass of milk!!! I bet they are discussing how to kick on Braniac's digital butt in case he shows up. Both also seem to have a mutual chemistry that would come in handy during combat. Batman's unique gadgets & tech-based methodology and Wonder Woman's ancient, mythological and powerful style, both in combination can deal with a wide range of enemies from past, present & future as well.

IRON MAN & THE HULK

It is hard to say that which Superhero would be suitable to work with The Hulk's gigantic mood swings but I think Tony Clark's humorous nature might come in handy in lightning up the big green giant. Moreover, The Hulk also like to swing Iron Man around like a bat, using  him to knock down enemies. Tony, I am sure enjoys it a lot. Jarvis on the other hand might disapprove the duo's playful combo sport. 

CAPTAIN AMERICA & THE WOLVERINE

These two are the ultimate brawlers! Both take their present form as a result of scientific experiments to create super soldiers. Both are World War veterans & thus possess the skill, experience & ability to beat the hell outta the scum of the earth. Hand to hand super strength combat, tireless stamina and ability to survive make this duo the best army of Super-soldiers ever.
